01 Agreement to Terms

By purchasing access to or registering for the 3-Day High Ticket Closer Challenge ("the Challenge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or purchase.

These terms apply to all products and services offered by Upward Momentum LLC, including the base challenge, VIP upgrade, and any related materials or bonuses.

02 What You're Purchasing

Your $7 purchase grants you:

• Live access to three 1-hour online training sessions

• Replay access for 24 hours after each session

• The Closer's Quick-Start Playbook (digital download)

• Access to the private community group

This is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees associated with the base challenge purchase. Any purchase from Upward Momentum LLC grants you access to the specific product, program, or service described at checkout. The exact deliverables, access duration, and any time limits will be clearly outlined on the sales or checkout page at the time of purchase. Optional upsells, bonuses, or add-ons are always presented as separate purchases and will never be charged without your explicit consent.

03 Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't working for you, here's how our refund process works.

30-Day Refund Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on any product or other offering purchased from Upward Momentum LLC and Ramon. After 30 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within the 30-day window with:

• Your full name

• The email address used at purchase

• Your order or receipt number

• A brief reason for the refund request

We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

04 Earnings Disclaimer

The income figures and results mentioned on this site and during the challenge are not typical. Individual results will vary significantly based on effort, experience, skills, market conditions, and many other factors outside of our control.

We make no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money, land any specific role, or achieve any particular outcome as a result of attending this challenge. Any forward-looking statements about potential earnings are illustrative examples only.

High ticket sales is a real and legitimate income model, but like any skill-based career, it requires consistent effort, learning, and application over time.

05 Intellectual Property

All content delivered during the challenge - including training materials, slides, scripts, templates, playbooks, and recordings - is the exclusive property of Upward Momentum LLC and Ramon Cadiz.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own professional development. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share access with others

• Record or reproduce any live sessions without written permission

• Use our materials to create competing products or trainings

• Claim authorship of any materials we provide

06 Acceptable Use

By participating in the challenge and private community, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community or revoke access without refund for:

• Harassment, threats, or disrespectful conduct toward any member or instructor

• Spamming the community with unsolicited offers or promotions

• Sharing access credentials with others

• Any activity that disrupts the learning environment

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upward Momentum LLC and Ramon Cadiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the challenge or use of any materials provided.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase.

08 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
